The entrance to the building is BESIDE 13 Grattan Street. (On the left). Look for the lockbox on the right of glass doors on the railings that is labelled STUDIO CLYX 3 and take the keys. (more instructions below image)
The code for the lockbox is 9667. Go back to the building with the beige metal doors and use the colored key to open the metal doors on the street level.
Go through the entrance and up the stairs to the 3rd floor. We are unit 319.

Freight Elevator
The Freight elevator is located at beside the entrance.
Freight elevator opening hours: 8am-12pm, 1pm-4pm.
Please let us know in advance if you require the freight elevator and what time you require it. We would have to call the building manager to bring it to you so it will take 5-10 minutes.
