The entrance to the building is BESIDE 13 Grattan Street. (On the left). Look for the lockbox on the right of the brick wall next to the entrance that is labelled STUDIO CLYX 2 and take the keys. (more instructions below image)
The code for the lockbox is 2458. Use the colored key to open the metal doors on the street level.
Go through the entrance and half flight of stairs to the 1st floor. Enter through the metal door on your left.
Once you have gone through the metal door, go straight then turn right into a long corridor. The studio is the second door on your left.

Freight Elevator
The Freight elevator is located at beside the entrance.
Freight elevator opening hours: 8am-12pm, 1pm-4pm.
Please let us know in advance if you require the freight elevator and what time you require it. We would have to call the building manager to bring it to you so it will take 5-10 minutes.
